9x National Record Holder Indoor
#1 Swiss woman overall dynamics
MOM — Mind over Meter
Freediving has given me incredible milestones - not only in distance or records, but in self-discovery.
In competition, I’ve had the honor of representing my country Switzerland and reaching personal and national achievements:
First Swiss woman to participate in CMAS World Championship Indoor
9x National Record Holder Indoor
Results:
• 2022: DNF – 116m – Current Absolute National Record
• 2023: DYNB – 159m – Current Absolute National Record
• 2025: DYN – 150m – Personal best
But results are just one part of the story.
In 2024, health challenges followed by a surgery forced me to step away from the sport. What followed was not just physical recovery, but a deeper internal process—learning patience, confronting uncertainty, and rebuilding from the inside out. That period reshaped my relationship with performance.
I realized that true progress isn’t only measured in meters — but in how we show up mentally, emotionally, and with integrity. Today, I return to competition with renewed purpose.
I dive not just to reach a number, but to grow through challenge, stay grounded under pressure, and inspire others navigating their own setbacks.
A mindset where stillness is strength, and every dive is an opportunity to deepen—not just in distance, but in self.
Mind over Meter.

Beyond noise
When your inner voice speaks louder than the noise around you, you've truly arrived.
A project close to my heart — Sportheldinnen Initiative
Statistics show that girls and young women participate in organized sports at lower rates than boys. This disparity has real consequences — because sport doesn’t just build physical health; it develops confidence, resilience, teamwork, and leadership.
The Sportheldinnen initiative, led by the Swiss foundation IdeenSport, aims to change that. The project’s mission is to increase access, visibility, and opportunities for girls in sport — and to encourage them to discover the lifelong value of being active and involved.
In March 2025, the campaign made a bold, creative move: 30,000 sticker albums and 2.7 million stickers featuring Swiss female athletes were distributed to children across the country to raise awareness and celebrate role models.
As someone who has been deeply shaped by sport — in mind, body, and life — I was honored to be featured in this inspiring project.
My athlete sticker is #45, and my profile appears on page 13 of the album, alongside some of Switzerland’s most accomplished female athletes and leaders.
Projects like Sportheldinnen are more than campaigns — they’re catalysts. I’m proud to be part of a movement that helps the next generation of girls see themselves not only in sport, but as strong, capable individuals in every arena of life.
