Trust yourself.

Create a life that feels like yours.

Freedom means having the confidence to make your own choices, change direction, and make room for what matters to you, even when you don’t have everything figured out.

As a Swiss national-team freediver, experienced department leader and transformative coach trained through an ICF-accredited Level 2 programme, I am familiar with the pressure to achieve and the courage it takes to question what you are working towards.

Through coaching, I support you in exploring what you want, building trust in your own judgement, and taking steps towards a life you feel more free to shape.

Two ways to work with me.

Each has its own focus:

Personal Growth Sessions:

Freedom is having room for adventure, ambitions that matter to you, and the confidence to change direction. It means trusting yourself enough to explore a different way of living, even before you know exactly where it will lead.

Exploring new possibilities brings the excitement of discovering what you’re capable of, while learning to listen to yourself. Progress involves knowing when to commit, when to pause, and how to learn from each experience.

Coaching offers space to explore these questions in your own life. What would you make more room for? What would you try if you trusted your judgement? And which choices would make your everyday life feel more like one you actively want to live?

As a transformative coach trained through an ICF-accredited Level 2 programme, I support you in exploring those answers and turning them into meaningful steps forward.

Freediving Courses and Coaching Sessions:

Discover freediving or develop your skills through beginner courses and individual coaching. From pool technique and video analysis to training guidance and mental preparation for competition, we’ll focus on your goals.

Personal Growth

Create a life on your own terms: with room for adventure, meaningful ambitions, and the freedom to change direction.

As a transformative coach trained through an ICF-accredited Level 2 programme, I support you in exploring what that life could look like for you. A different rhythm of work. More time for what makes you feel alive. The chance to pursue an ambition you’ve kept putting off.

Together, we will question the expectations shaping your choices, explore possibilities you may not have given yourself permission to consider, and turn those discoveries into practical steps.

At the heart of this work is learning to trust yourself: to venture beyond the familiar, make your own decisions, and adapt as you discover what comes next.

When progress means starting again

Representing Switzerland and setting national records are meaningful parts of my freediving journey.

So is the period when health challenges and surgery forced me to step away.

Returning meant learning patience, facing uncertainty, and rebuilding trust in myself. It challenged how I measured progress and taught me to recognise when persistence meant pushing forward and when it meant allowing myself time.

That experience shapes the perspective I bring to coaching. When a familiar path changes, we can find ourselves questioning our direction, our capabilities, and even who we are. I offer space to explore those questions and work towards a next step that makes sense for you.
